How to Care for Your Soapstone

When it comes to caring for your soapstone tops, you’ll want to apply tung oil unless your tops are waxed or sealed.

How to Apply Tung Oil to Soapstone:

• Read the entire label before using & use only as directed

• When applying Tung Oil to your soapstone countertops, use a soft clean cloth.

• Wipe on a light coat of the oil.

• Do not apply heavy coats.

• Wipe off the excess oil and allow it to dry.

• When the oil has dried, buff it with a cotton cloth to polish.
