When it comes to caring for your soapstone tops, you’ll want to apply tung oil unless your tops are waxed or sealed.
How to Apply Tung Oil to Soapstone:
Read the entire label before using & use only as directed
When applying Tung Oil to your soapstone countertops, use a soft clean cloth.
Wipe on a light coat of the oil.
Do not apply heavy coats.
Wipe off the excess oil and allow it to dry.
When the oil has dried, buff it with a cotton cloth to polish.
